Alphard

We’ve arranged the Alphard, a premium car that is the pride of Japan. It is a very popular car with a highly rigid body that serves to suppress vibration and noise, making for a quiet and stable drive. 02Airport meetup

Airport meetup

Your driver will arrive at the airport three hours before your arrival time and will be waiting for you. In addition, your flight will be tracked by GPS, and we will be aware of any delays or early arrivals, so your meetup will be hassle-free.

For Japanese-speaking customers

After your flight arrives, we will call or send a message to the contact number you have specified.

For customers who speak languages other than Japanese (English, etc.)

Your driver will meet you at the airport arrival lobby (arrival gate) holding a name board with your name on it, based on your flight information.

03Driver designation

The designated driver will be confirmed via message at 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival.

04Number of passengers

1–4 people
You can also make reservations for multiple vehicles. Please feel free to inquire.

05Luggage capacity

4 large sized items, 2 medium sized items.

06Available destinations

Available for a wide range of areas including Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi, and Hakuba.
As this is a private charter, you can travel quickly to your destination.

  • Q1Are there any additional charges?

    No. The stated price is all-inclusive.

  • Q2Can I make a stop along the way?

    No, unfortunately we can only take you from the airport to one location.

  • Q3How do I pay?

    Please pay in advance by credit card (currently being prepared) or bank transfer.

  • Q4Can I bring pets?

    We apologize, but we do not allow customers to bring pets along.

  • Q5Is there a set pick-up time?

    Yes. Your driver will arrive 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

  • Q6I would like to cancel my reservation.

    If you cancel after 12:00 a.m. on the day before your scheduled arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Otherwise, we will refund the amount paid minus a flat ¥3,000 fee.

  • Q7Please tell me the details of my designated driver.

    We will send you a message with the confirmation of details regarding your driver by 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival.

  • Q8What are the rates for areas not listed on the price list?

    Please feel free to contact us for these rates.

  • Q9How do I find my driver at the airport?

    For our overseas customers, the meeting spot will be at the arrival gate. If you reside in Japan, you will be contacted via phone or message.

  • Q10Are your services available for weddings, funerals, etc.?

    Please contact us to make arrangements.

  • Q11What if my flight is delayed?

    Do not worry about delays as your driver will track your flight’s arrival time using GPS.

  • Q12Can I reserve multiple vehicles?

    Yes, you can.

  • Q13Do I have to pay for highway tolls separately?

    No. The toll charges are included in the amount you pay in advance.

  • Q14What kind of car will be used?

    We will pick you up in a Toyota Alphard.
